although i dont know how your creativity ticks (i mean mybe you know of a way to make this better...) i would leave it as it is, because its good.
oh no, wait; it still is good, but thinking of it, you could adjust the skintone around the eye that you have blended in. make it look similar to the tone of the mans face. other than that - good

Whoa, it's a funky-ass wooden doll! Very nice lighting, if I were to change one thing, it'd be to change the iris color to something that really stands out, like a briliant crimson. That'd give more focus to the picture and still keep with the eerie theme.
