Halibel piece did rather well, scoring nearly 200 favs in few days. lets try another blockbuster! Robin from One Piece. outcome is really interesting, as OP is much more popular than bleach or naruto in japan. bu then again, thats japan. theoretically, loads of people should still be lookin for Robin.

oh oh! almost forgot! tried following tutorial of yumix, the skin was much harder to do than he showed. figures, DUH, but hell, i hoped. thats my first professional piece made with softbrush alone. yeah, end result aint that bad, and most likely better than lazily smoothed hard brushed work. took like 15 hours? didnt count, but started sketch+skin yesterday, and finished in ~5hours today, most of the time spending on the hair, AGAIN. i might have overdone with that too. no, most definitely. muahahah, who cares, its fiction, lets enjoy that mane while we can.

so i hear Robin has brown eyes in manga, canon. blah. such boring color. highlighted goes yellowish or red. but i hate dark hair+blue eyes. thats just so unreal =___= never seen natural born coloring like this. Glen Cooks char in Black Company also had jet black hair + glass blue iris. gawsh, but meh whatever. nekomimi lives, so lets overlook eyecolor lol. but yeah drawing this made me remember the Lady from that book, always wanted to draw fanart of it. i guess i will never now, its not that mainstream. OR, lets forget original reason and name this piece Lady. woot!

why do i keep drawing women? no clue.
