A doodle from a while ago I decided to touch up a bit. I need to make her wings bigger. I know the males are the ones to typically have the bigger antennae but I think she's cuter with them this way. I love to imagine her crawling around on her hands when she's not flying. I think I'll name her Celie.I used to breed Cecropia moths from the wild, my homeschool teacher taught me at a very young age how to care for them. I want to again someday... shame they only live a month at most... such cute little fuzzy plump bodies ^^

I absolutely ADORE this, and how you stuck with proper anatomy and gave her only arms (too bad my fursuit design had to be more "humanized" to accommodate a human body, because I like this design so much better...and will you ever draw a luna moth girl?) I wanna make a plushie of this char!!

This is the kind of blending of human and insect features that I like to see in anthro insects. Youβve brought out the coolest/most attractive parts of the insect and made her look approachable without making her TOO human. I also like the warm, βautumnβ-y colors.
At first I wondered where her lower legs were before realizing that mothsβ legs only protrude from the thorax, not the abdomen. (I have a spider character where I took artistic liberty and had the legs coming out of the abdomen.)

As for moths go, this if the most intriguing design for a body i have seen. I have always likes these, but i never new the actual name.

I really like the character concept, even if the pic is kind of a color sketch I would love to see the idea fleshed out more. I think it would be nice if the hairs on her antennae matched her white hair :3

Wow, really clever way to anthropomize a moth! I've never seen it done like this before. Usually people just draw a chick with big boobs and add wings. Very very cool.

I wouldn't ever have thought that a butterfly could look like this. It's shape is bigger and more expressive although the eyes aren't so human.However, it has a kindness that is obvious with the first sight. The details are good and the body's expression very convincing. I only see a little odd the last couple of arms whose hands are together, looking smaller than the others, and the outline is blurry. The rest is perfect and very cute for being a bug. (I didn't mean anything offensive, I meant that I wouldn't expected that an artist could extract such a cuteness from these animals)

I think the main reason I'd rather be an entomologist than a professional artist is because I am not very good at making myself draw things I don't completely enjoy... and I can't trust myself to have the inspiration to make deadlines etc

The textures in this are amazing and those wings and really, really detailed. I like the arms, too. They fit in very well and it's fun how each arm is doing something istead of just hanging there.
