So many feels here...
This card is sort of a thank-you gift for Not Poignant who wrote a fantastic RotG fanfic From the Darkness We Rise . I enjoyed it so so much and felt it simply wouldn't be fair from me to just take and not give anything in return. Therefore you get this. I'm kind of into these tarot-ish cards lately (well, lately being the past year...) and felt like I could totally draw these two dorks (I also read The Evil Boyfriends series, gosh are those fics good).
I have forbidden myself from reading the sequel until I have finished this fanart and now I can continue haha.
I'll also make a fanart featuring all the guardians and Pitch for The Book of Belief .

As an inspiration I used RotG murals drawn by Nate Wragg, obviously the fics I've read, and then what I've read about the characters on RotG wiki. Pitch is supposed to have more softer expression, closer to what Kozmotis might have been like. *silently sobs*
And MiM gets a bit of screentime there because he deserves it... u___u

So, Not Poignant, thank you for the wonderful fanfiction you wrote, thank you for expanding the experience the movie (and the books I haven't yet read) provided us. If anyone asks me, the way you write Pitch and Jack and everyone else should be pretty much canon.
