Finally got around to uploading this. I finished drawing it on May 12th.Anyways, more drawings of my character Static in Minecraft. In Minecraft, one of the major cardinal rules is to never dig straight down because sometimes you fall into things you don't want to fall into. Like magma and monster infested caverns... or both... I just felt like something relating to this important rule.
This took two full days working off and on to draw this, but I'm very proud of this! It came out very nice. I don't draw backgrounds very often, especially not without the aid of Photoshop, but this background looks great in my opinion. Looks even better in person without my scanner butchering it!

I really like your line work, your coloring and the zombies meeting their doom in various ways! Oh, and look at the cute little slime! You put in a lot of really fun details. It's a very charming piece. The only thing that spoils it for me (and you knew this was coming from someone) is that it is on lined paper. That is my particular pet peeve, so take it how you will.

But digging straight down is so much fun!
So many creepers and monsters~ I can see how it'd be dangerous, but it looks like so much fun! Run-for-your-life style gaming!

I know! It's so much easier to get down to the rare ores!
It's even more fun in the actual game because it's almost pitch black! If you go to 5:11 in THIS VIDEO you can get a really good idea of how terrifying jumping into massive caves in Minecraft can be! (Warning! Video contains explicit language and a fully grown man screaming and crying like a little girl.)
