Thank you.

To most people’s ears, (most) bird songs are music.
To some people's ears, the sound of a purring engine is music.
To me, it is quiet when I hear nothing but bird songs, wind in treetops, a roaring sea, etc.

But all this is vague, romanticising, figures of speech.
Maybe one can say that music has to be man-made, otherwise it should be called melodious sound (or beautiful noise, “Wohlklang” in German)?
Although music can be as unnerving as a machine saw or a lawn trimmer. 
Man-made noise has reached the most remote places. ( www.bbc.com/future/story/20140… )
Complete absence of any kind of sound is hard to find. Is it even desirable?
