I suppose this belong to Group 3 of the contest, All Traditional Work. Here are the links to the old and new work:New: [link]

These 2 works are 6 months apart. I'm not very good at doing critique but I'll try
-Shading: The newer work has better shading, in the sense that it brings out contour of the face, as well as depict lighting. There is more contrast
-Details: The newer work has more detail, most prominently being the jacket. A lot more facial details are also added, such as hair, lips and pupils
-Resemblance: The newer work is a lot closer to the reference photo than the old one
