Description
Last Halloween I made a witch-like character and I loved it so much I drew it again and again. And then I branched off into other witch-like characters, all with a child-like sort of flare. This was one of the branches. I almost love her more than the origional witch. I always ALWAYS wanted to draw a witch with multi colored patches of cloth that make up a dress, I got the idea from "Hocus Pocus"
I also wanted something that reminded me of Pippy longstockings since I always thought she was kinda magical.

I drewed this picture than used Photoshop 6.0 and the love of halloween.

I was thinking of what costume I should get...hmmm...
