its always the drawing part that seems to late the longest :/
then actually animating is the fun part

This animation looks great!
the shading flows, the blinking at the end is a nice touch; and the whole expresion mixed with the movement of the character just, works!

i had a terrible mess with the hair because it didnt matched in all keyframes.

lol...My first flash was 3.3 sec and took me a week. but I did all of it in one layer like a idiot. lol sound , color, everything. not sure how it worked out.

cant blame ya , the first time i used flash i also threw everything in one layers. months later i found out how incredibly usefull the layers can be

I'm trying to relearn how to animate cause it has been so long now... not sure If I can. I am a lot better with my art, but making it all move is another matter. lol
