well are you aware that i copy the arm positioning from the manga "angelic days" cover... and besides i can do it although my arms are so short.. i guess people with long arms can do it

Well if you got it from a cover that's one thing, but if someone actually rests in that position they'd destroy their elbow joint. In order to get that thumb and finger placement on the opposite arm from behind their back they'd have to contort their arms in a way a pitcher throws a screwball and that's just not healthy.
