For the whole pose it is great but I think the eyes can be a lot more exaggerated
maybe not even on the head or out of the sockets

Indeed it is. A classic Tex Avery wild take. Such rare footage in animation these days.
And it just so happens that I made Jacques Muller (one of the animators for the film)'s friends list on facebook. He said he helped animate many scenes of the movie like where Judge Doom has Roger by the neck over a drum of boiling dip and where Roger and Jessica are all tied up at the acme factory.
