Description your neck..

Street dancers in New Yorks Central Park. I have to say these guys were pretty good. Trying to keep up with this man I got off a shot as he performed some crazy mofe where he flipped over using his head. A little hard to explain though.

Update-
Rescanned this poto and it turns out that I actually caught all of his foot in the frame, but the origional print I recieved had it cut off. So rescanned form negative to correct and added Black frame as opposed to the white I origionally chose.

That's really wicked. You've got great timing and some pretty quick hands apparently. This is really awesome.

Awesome! The timing of this shot is so cool, you can't really see what he's doing so you'd think his neck would break any time... hmm, is that why they call it breakdance
I like the two guys in the background standing on each side, sorta framing him in

insane...and i HATE you because all the black and whites I took in NY turned out horribly. harumph. I guess this means I'll have to go back and try again. just take a walk over to the other side of the country...

I took what I thoguht were going to be some great architectural shots...and they were all really dark. course, this was back in the day when my photography knowledge was almost nothing...so we'll see.

You froze him at an excellent moment right there Great job, it's an awesome shot and it doesn't look like there were any compromises at all. I should bring my camera to NY So I could get it stolen

Killer shot...just a little bit more space on the top would have been great but I know you cant set a shot like that up so and

wow i like this a lot. i wasnt going to comment on it, but after staring at it for a while, i really like it the two guys in the back, like papermoose said, really balance it out and their matching white shirts contrast well with his black pants. cool picture kiddo

nerve [2004-06-27 08:22:51 +0000 UTC]

surreal.
zoomed up it looks almost seventies like.
good balance like papermoose says
is there a way i can get a print of this?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

brilliance In reply to nerve [2004-06-28 07:02:16 +0000 UTC]

yes you can. If you like I can scan it and get it on DA as a print prob up to 16X24 size. Ill work on that tomorrow.

papermoose [2004-06-23 05:08:49 +0000 UTC]

wow, that's crazy. you captured him at the perfect moment and those two guys in the background make this balance so well.
