HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

I wanted to get 2019 off on the right foot. There is no better way to do that in my book than to sit down and sketch up may favorite character. I didn’t try for anything too involved. I went for a simple and straightforward lineless look to complement the copious amounts of special effects I threw at the end result.

Chaos Energy can be manipulated in so many ways its not even funny. Sonic and Shadow in particular have done some pretty out there stuff when they get their hands on enough of it. Here we have Sonic charging up one such attack. A directed burst of Chaos Energy that in practice probably isn’t all to dissimilar from a Kamahameha Wave… Maybe I’ve been playing too much DBZ Fighterz lol

(Sonic would probably be more of a full on Spirit Bomb user anyway lol)

Alright, I got some good practice in and I’m looking forward to what the new year will bring. I’ve got a bunch of stuff I want to draw and I hope you all will look forward to what I can do in the next year.
