don't take this the wrong way but something about the hair under her right eye just seems a bit out of place, to me it seems kind of at to much of a horizontal. Only time I've seen hair at that angle is when the person is turning their head.
Also with eyes like those if you wanted to add a bit of mystery and spookyness to her, you could always try and have like her fringe overlapping her left eye but broken up a bit so theres still enough gaps to make out the eye clearly.

hehe, well they do say insanity is a muse.
But that fringe idea I was meaning like our right side which is her left, because with those hairs you have comming across her cheek .. if you put a fringe in there they would clash togther and perhaps overlap over ruling one another. The wind idea isn't a bad way to go ... that way all you would need to do is add some more hairs on the other side of her head to make it look like that effect rather then actually re doing it all over again.

Hmm...the right side does seem a bit off to me, too, now that you mention it, but I only can make out a lapse over her brow...or doe you mean the left side, which is her right side? I'm trying to conufse here, me thinks...you might be right though, if it'd be wind for her hair to be like that, then her other side would've followed that blow...hey, but not bad for a first time of painting all the hair in..
And you gave me an idea for another image there, too!
