She reminds me much of my great-great-grandmother (although I have only seen her in pictures).

She reminds me. Of. Everything about being a Western European. Between saving everything you've got to use it again, or just being wise about general things -- like mushrooms!
It's funny, isn't it, that the harder you work for a happier life, the younger you are as you grow older? Grandmas have so many stories -- so many secrets to share.

I love seeing old people in photos. Wisdom is a good title for this, I want to talk to her lol.

I love this, especially how well defined she is as opposed to the slightly blurred background, it makes the image all the more striking.

I really like this photo. It kinda makes me think how my great grandparents from Lithuania lived. A world away, yet so close to home. Great job!

Wow! This is wonderful, and framed so nicely. Good contrast throughout, and that face speks to me with the wisdom of the ages, just as the title suggests. I would love to sit with her over a cup of tea or coffee and listen to her as she tells her life story.

Beautiful. Nothing left I can say but she reminds me of Ultima from Bless Me, Ultima. Wisdom at it's sage-like greatest.

She looks like a beautiful person! That's very good portrait; if she's as generous of spirit as she looks in this picture, she's a treasure.

I just noticed the chicken in the background, I love it even more than i did before! my background is persian, so im from iran. A lot of peopel keep chickens as pets, i had baby chicks when i lived there. Alot of elderly people enjoy having them too. So this picture i really like since i can relate to it, and recall memories and scenes from my life there.

There is no better title for this picture, though the image itself speaks a thousand words and tells a million memories.

You can see from the picture that this woman is still young. Here eyes are shining and her smile.... man, I love it.
It's amazing that in this age of technology the pictures of simplicity seem to make the most impact to me.
