thank you so very much...that makes me feel so good...I think I do ok for no longer than I've been doing it, but when I look at some of the amazing art here it inspires and depresses me at the same time...I see some that literally take my breath away and I just wish I could do something just as beautiful...so your words mean a great deal to me...thank you

hmmm, true, some people on DA are incredible.... they have the same effect on me, but look at it the bright side: you're doing this for less than a year right? and they've been doing stuff for more than 3 years most of the time.... I have a good friend who's incredible, in the beginning it made me uncomfortable, untill I found out how often she practiced and how much she's trying and trying to get better... it's hard to be good

yeah, I've been doing it for about 6 months now and I can see the improvement when I go through my gallery and I do practice alot lol I think the hardest thing for me to get past is the feeling that I'm not really creating art, I'm just cutting and pasteing...I so want to get a tablet and learn to paint, maybe then I can feel like an "artist"
