His wings shield the buffeting winds, protecting the growing orb within his claws, building its strength, its heat..."YES I AM ALIVE AND I KNOW IT HAS BEEN QUITE SOME TIME SINCE MY LAST POST SO SORRY ABOUT THAT.
Have a little pic of Blaze doing a thing with his element. This took quite some time to do thanks to things outside of my control, yet here it is. Eventually.
This was a hybrid picture, produced between Paintool SAI and Photoshop, the first of its kind in my gallery!

OMG Such a high level of detail, with that light and shading, in one word, spectacular. The anatomy is really well done and I like the darkness of this scene, only being iluminated by his firebal.

As I said previously, I like how te Malestrom looks as well as how the shading and colors work. The claws are really well done and I have no idea why you kept thinking this was bad. It's way better than anything I can do.
