A lot, in fact, most of the buldings constructed for the occasion seem totally empty, the whole area is a sort of post-modern desert... I was there a sunday afternoon and I saw like... 4 people including a security guard, in 4 hours.

It is situated on an island and there is nothing else than administrative buildings and an engineer school, so when people don't work, there is no-one...
