This is my take on Belle Morte!The pose & background are referenced from an old picture of Catherine Zeta Jones

I love all your Anita Blake series, but since it's harder to find great art with the "chicks" as the main shot, I'm putting my fav on this one.

Wonderfully done. I had not pictured CZ as Belle Morte either but she does fit the part stunningly
The only thing I found difficult to attribute to Belle Morte was the pose as she doesn't seem very shy or coy to me ... More like a silk covered steam roller
But that is just me.
The eyes, colors, face & body are all marvelous!

Freakishly awesome!!!!! You know... I'd never pictured Zeta as a Belle Morte type character, but it suits, very very very well.
I know I'm a pain in the ass, but as always, I have a small second version (I loath to say it, cause I freaking love this) request. Same same SAME, cept instead of the white haloish deally, maybe the same glow in red tones? I dunno. I always picture Belle Morte in reds and burgundy and such. If not, disregard this whole second paragraph, cause I still freaking LOVE it this way.

I'd heard lots about CZJ as Belle,
and thought I'd give it a try.
Though I twisted her features a bit to fit what I'd imagine for Belle.
As for the red,
I'd originally put some reds in there, but changed it to the white halo to match the fur...
The red made the light look funny...
but I'll see what I can do.
