Aw, I really like his eyes. Also, the pattern on his shell is interesting. It stands out more than a traditional coloring of his shell would. You have good overall shading, from front to back as it gradually gets darker. However, more shading on the individual pieces, such as the head and arms and tail, would be nice.

Aww, this is really cute, the way you colored it is interesting. Kinda makes it look like a paper craft where you'd use construction paper and stuff like that .u.

Good idea to use Pokemon, there's a variety of different kinds out there so it is good practice indeed.

As creature practice goes you certainly picked the right group of creatures to draw, there are more than enough to get creative juices flowing so to speak.

Anyway, this looks great! Adorable for one, a favorite Pokemon of mine for two, and just really simple, and stylized, that style being very paper cut out like, which is really well done, and captures the look wonderfully in my opinion. *nod* Well done!

Yeah im alot better at drawing animal type things now XD So it definitely was a good idea.
