I'd have to say Either Puff from *YinDragon 's nuzlocke or Balloon from =Auddits nuzlocke. But this Jigglypuff is awesome as well~

Well yeah, Puff is awesome and all, but honestly most the Jigglypuff I've seen in nuzlockes are either shy, timid little things or pretty girly. I just like change/differences.
