this weekend , , and myself went to Toys R Us for no apparent reason, then ran around like little kids and then... THEN, while Anz was distracted by My Little Ponies, THEN James and i had ourselves a LIGHTSABER DUEL.DUN NUN NUNNNNNNNNNN!!!
anyway, i love this picture. James offered to alter it so the lightsabers looked real, and when i got it off my camera i had to try it. buttt if he still wants to do a MUCH better job than my crappy halfassed attempt, i still have an untouched hi-res version.

but....Darth Vader was a Sith, and he was shown at the end of Return of the Jedi standing beside Obi-Wan and Yoda. so....Lucas can bite me haha

well, Darth Vader was actually the chosen one. Anakin's body was so flooded with mitochlorians that he was kinda ... beyond jedi/sith. also, right before he died he returned to the light side

that's what i thought at first, too, but it turns out that its first premiere was at the cannes film festival (because it's such a big deal) then in london (because that's where alot of lucas' contacts and creature studios and such are located) and THEN here in the u.s.
i think this must be one of the very few films that premiered outside of its home country.
