This is Whitney. No, she's not a new character but rather one of my neighbors in Animal Crossing: Wild World. Whitney is my favorite neighbor. Whitney's one of my favorites, too! She's apparently got a thing for birds. Especially a certian bald eagle... You DO know who I'm talking about, right?
There are also rumors going around that she is Fang's sister. Wouldn't be surprised; they look almost exactly the same. Maybe they're twins...

kool i always had trouble bug hunting but fishing is a different story. in the game cube version i would make about 40k a day because the "supposed" rare fish i would catch ALOT! i cought him so much i kept one as a pet lol!
