It's Elsa, my favorite Queen!
UPDATE: I fixed this thing up by adding a darker background and darker shading on Elsa's face, hair, and her hand. I think it looks better!

This was done on an 18 x 24 piece of newspaper print paper. So yeah, it's really big. AND WHY did I work up a sweat while drawing this???
Took me a several hours, with breaks. I started yesterday at 6PM and finished today at 2:40PM-ish.

While drawing Elsa, I listened to Let it Go on repeat. I got all of Elsa done yesterday. Then when I was doing the background today, I listened to the Frozen soundtrack and got up to the "Summit Siege" song. OMG I doing her dress almost ended me. it always does. so MANY RECTANGLES.

I only have a few nit-picks about this… first off, is her braid too thick and long? Does her hand look okay? And what about her eyes? They seem a little off to me, but they do look decent. Maybe her right eye should be a little bigger… sigh. This is the third time I drew her like this, the other two I was working on getting proportions right and it was challenging.

Some Frozen trivia: did you know that "Let it Go"'s working title was "Elsa's Badass Song"? I was looking up how long it took to render Frozen since everyone's waiting for the sequel. HOW MUCH LONGER DISNEYYYYYYY?????

Also I came up with a funny thing. Since Frozen is based off the Snow Queen (but who doesn't know that), I had this funny idea.
Original Snow Queen to Elsa: "Who are you?"
Elsa: "I'm you, but cooler.”
