Indeed. And I actually like languages. Note I'm also making the same effort with my mother tongue. A language is all you have to make yourself understood hence apparently insignificant mistakes might happen to have big consequences. I studied English and German (a long time ago ) but I haven't practised the latter very much — doch fast nie .
