This is amazing! I'm in the process of putting together a Lady Deadpool cosplay and I needed some inspiration for the makeup. I'm pretty makeup stupid...I'm the worst girl ever lol. Thanks for sharing!

Well, sure! I think I could whip something up for you!
Here's what you need:
Liquid latex (I used Mehron soft beige color)
Make-up sponges (I used triangular sponges from CVS/Pharmacy, worked great)
Tweezers
Q-tips
Small scissors
Dark and light brown eye shadow
Red costume makeup
Foundation/Concealer
Powder
Eyebrow highlight pencil
1.) Pour liquid latex into a saucer (or whatever you want to use). You wont want to pour too much all at once because you'll probably end up wasting some if you do. Pour out enough to do the section of your face you are doing. Take the makeup sponge and dab the liquid latex.
2.) Dab the latex onto the desired area. Make sure not to coat too heavily (unless you are doing one of the bigger focus wounds), otherwise it will be harder to rip and will leave more noticeable seams. Wait a little for it to become somewhat dry. Poke the area with your tweezers to see if it's dried. If it's still moist, wait just a little longer.
3.) When the area is somewhat dry the latex will not smear when you touch it. At this point, take the tweezers and pull on the latex, ripping it (do this as if you were plucking an eyebrow hair). This will cause the latex to become holy, giving it that burn/wound effect. For the bigger wounds, coat the latex a bit thicker. This will make it so the hole your tweezers make is easier to adjust and size if desired to be bigger. If the latex doesn't want to tear for you, use a small pair of scissors to cut it.
4.) After you've got all the holes/wounds you want, use your foundation/concealer to smoothen up your edges where the makeup stops. This will blend it, making it look like your skin.
5.) Take the red costume makeup and a Q-tip, applying it to the inside of the holes/wounds. Not too much though, unless you are going for a gorier looking Deadpool, which in that case, coat it on! To get the look i have, take your makeup sponge and lightly dab the red makeup, dabbing it on the surrounding areas of the wounds. It'll give it that pinkish color.
6.) After the red costume makeup has set, take the dark brown eye shadow and dust it over the areas you applied the costume makeup. Then, take the lighter brown and repeat.
5.) Take the eyebrow highlight pencil and highlight the wounds by drawing around it's inside edges. For the bigger wounds, draw a filled in circle in the center and smear it up a little.
6.) The final step is to dust over all your makeup with a translucent powder. This will ensure the makeup stays as is.
I really hope this helped! It also kind of inspired me to do a video tutorial...so I may post that on youtube or something later on down the road. If I do, I will link it to you!
