This is a portrait of one of my favourite Capcom characters, Nero, from Devil May Cry 4, possibly the best game in the series for me. That game was actually the first DMC game I ever played before I went on to play the previous three (except the second one, I haven't played it because I heard it was just bad, and the newest one, but that one doesn't exist, so I didn't say anything.)

This angsty demon teen boy just has something about him that I really like, I was also really moved by his voice actor's performance (Johnny Yong Bosch, who also voiced Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach, an amazing voice actor imo).

This is taken directly from a particular scene in the game (spoilers ahead) where Kyrie is taken away just as he tried to get her back. That scene had me in tears the first time I watched it, especially with the amazing performance Johnny gave. You can actually hear him cry after he screamed. o.o If you want to see it and don't mind being spoiled, here it is: Here

I had some problems working on this character, he's got that Capcom build that all Capcom guys have, like a small head and really huge shoulders, and also weird lips, but it's always different from differing angles so it was really confusing me when working with many references of him. Also I forgot the Order insignia on his coat, I guess I can go die in a hole now. :') I had fun working on his arm though! What a cool arm he's got.

I should work on more human characters, I'm out of practice. xD
