Awww, she's so cute! The choice of colors is really good, black and white provided good contrast, and the light blue in the background complements the color of her hair. Her outfit looks nice on her. Hmm but i would suggest drawing the arms and hands more often for practice as well!

First off, this is a cute drawing with excellent anatomy.
However, it does have some problems, first off, (this may seem hyppocritical since i make my Jojo OCs often pose menacingly and unnormally) her pose seems unnatural.
Second, Β the clothing detail on her skirt seems pretty distracting and the shading on the clothing should be harder.
Well done with this piece overall.
