Matter of mental reference. Lots of it. I like to browse anime scan sites and watch the illust to get ref in my head for later usage and learning. I think it's key to drawing.

Minitokyo << Uses a credit system to DL, but if you register you get some free credit that replenish each hour. The iamges are prety big.
Check the Suikoden gallery.
Zerochan No credit system. If you're not registered, the images get watermarked. The images are medium sized.
Anime Paper Annoying credit system. You only get them by uploading. Had bigger scans and some rare stuff, but now that the other sites accept bigger files, it's losing it's meaning.
lol I liked Eleanor pretty much too. Pity they rushed. I hope they do a SIV manga and fill the story as it should.

Yeah I'd really love to see more story for alot of the characters in that game. Like the pirates, Cray and Elenor, Helmut and Colton, Troy... There's so many good characters with like.. nothing. XD Seriously the only well developed backstroy in the whole game was probably Cray's but you need to like... piece it together from tiny scraps of flashbacks in the rune OTL

Also, much of the charas development in Suikoden comes from side-publicaions, and IV had none. Not even the 108 Stars Guide
Honestly, I think the new director is doing a pretty bad job. He doesn't know what the series is about or where to go witht hem. They should chnge that guy ASAP

And there's been a long pause in Suiko news from KONAMI. They do that before BIG news (or they simply took summer vacation =_= )
