well, Niv Mizzet and Jace work together, but the wizard on the tower don't look like Jace...

I'm happy someone knows that this isn't original, I'm just so irrationally butt hurt about people copying MTG art

Do you not see the name of the illustrator? Right there. It says Chase Stone.

I love how you handled the lighting effects on the ooze! Such awesome work with the refracted light and the glossy effects.

I just love how it is popping in everyone's favourite, this must be the most ultimate art piece ever!
And that's not hard to believe at all. The lighting, detail, and atmosphere of everything is just gorgeous, but the slime is jawdroppingly awesome-looking beyond words!

Am I the only one who thinks the dragon is destroying the evil ooze and saving the wiz?

Sorkahn In reply to N0b1eRebe1 [2016-07-31 04:05:40 +0000 UTC]
Nope, the Wiz just summoned the ooze, at least that's what the card the has this copied art attached to hints at.

Pardon me, but the first thing that came to mind was Godzilla, in the 2014 film blasting one of those awful winged nasty buggers he killed.Β This is gorgeous artwork!Β The dragon is epic - nicely done.

Another amazing work. How did you get the slime to look so realistic? It screams specular map. Did you use any 3D modeling software?
