Your very welcome..... Nothing is prettier in nature than all those I mentioned before. There is no greater miracle than watching a caterpillar transform into a beautiful butterfly! A great mystery and wonder of nature. I am still not sure how they change, but I love butterflies, and read books about them... to understand them better. I once saw a butterfly in my yard (which is rare in our area), and I chased it all across the yard until It went far beyond my reach!! 
Of course, my neighbors thought I was nuts chasing a butterfly....but who cares.. They don't understand the wonder and magic of a butterfly!

Oh boy! I used a combination of things to get that look - everything was smudged first. Then certain parts have repainting and there are multiple layers set to different blending options and effects. The softness is kind of a combination of things I learned from following tuts from =cosmosue and devsdtaldren:. My lighting is almost always inspired by =mmebuterfly 's work. She is amazing!

I know what you mean! I saw this beautiful humming bird hovering next to me last week when I was sitting outside and of course I didn't have my camera. I swear I need to tape that thing to my arm - LOL!
