Short basic adopt t.o.s;
You can use it only for your personal use, it's closed species - you cannot make your own Spiritvel. Of course I don't mind inspiring with them- just don't name them Spiritvels

You cannot resell it for more than you bought it; you can of course include price of commissioned art
You can slightly change design, but it still need to be recognizable; always save original file
Can be traded, gifted, co-owned
