many people have made their own hunds wear the skulls of some of their kills,. i think Fal of niiohontesha was the first to come up with that to compensate for her girls want to be a true hunter. others like *Chaluny have exemplified it thereafter, ;3 so feel free is what i tell folks, as long as its reasonable and doesnt hinder their hunds abilities too much, for that would be unfortunate
