yeah, i like drawing horses too, and i do it a lot, without even thinking. the thing is, i don't think such things are art (pretty-looking but with no meaning whatsoever). that's why i stopped posting horsies when i had better things to show, and i'm still trying to improve. I think that as an artist that has talent, you can create things that are impossible for others, and your art can help you understand yourself, the world, well... things, better. but only if you really challenge yourself. the satisfactions are greater if you do something new and tough. ofc, noone says you can't draw some harry potter art every now and then, or even fulltime, but it's MUCH better if it has a meaning to others or is a challenge to yourself.
now ofc, this is only my opinion and you do as you please. i just had to say it though, since you do have skill.
