Before reading this my brain said "Not more half dragon Pokemon! I hate half dragon! Damn them and their only really being weak to dragon... which means vs another half dragon (unless you're Poke-smart and I'm not).

Its kinda sad that you can't play dragons with wings at low levels in 4E but getting a fly speed as a Racial Paragon Path feature and not having a level adjustment is a pretty good trade-off.
