Description
Some sketches for an upcoming fic that I'm writing entitled "The Persistence of Memory." It's a post-series AU of Ed's homecoming...but it also deals a lot with Mustang's healing (or lack thereof) from wounds he sustains at the end of the series. The sketches of Mustang are supposed to show a progression from "half-dead" to "healing" to "morphine-addict" to "reformed morphine-addict"
...yeah
And Ed hits his head really hard (twice) and eventually ends up with a blown left pupil... go figure.

You've probably already heard this one-hundred-billion times... But will it ever be completed? It's been about 4 years now... Or- Maybe you would post the progress? I'm an absolute huge fan of your art and fanfics- Andthe idea for this seems so good!

I like the expressions, especially Roy's "GAWD! My pretty face!" -one. You seem to be very good at drawing raw emotions and I respect the fact that you even would draw something like this. I have never had the guts to even try and draw something with so much emotion in it.
I would definitely like to read this fic. It is actually rather surprising that people don't seem to approach the subject of Roy losing his eye all that much.
The best part is the last pic, though. It does a good job of lightening the mood after those other pictures. The look on Roy's face is so cute.

You can if you want to, but I don't see how these sketches would belong in a military club... true, both characters are in the military, but that is not represented by this at all... they aren't even in uniform...

I love the progression of Roy, and the idea of the longer hair because he just doesn't care enough to tame it.

The one of Roy's scar is very nice. I love drawings of his scar, especially ones (like this one!) that actually show a lot of damage.

I'm not sure what it is about seeing them hurt, but it gets me every time. And you're the best at it that I've seen.
