Description
There are dozens of WW2 X-Wing concepts out there, so I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring.

This started off as just a really rough concept sketch, but I kept working on it, mostly because I didn't want to re-draw the while thing as a "good" version.

I had a ton of fun doing this one. Whenever I try to do a "good" drawing it becomes a chore and I lose interest or make frustrating mistakes due to the pressure I'm putting on myself. This is supposed to be a fun hobby, so I succeeded in keeping this one light.

Spitfire body, Gloster Meteor engines, and a Boulton Paul Defiant turret where the droid should be.
