Ah, Eelektross. One of the most criminally underrated and most amazingly awesome electric types! I used to have an Electivire on my team, but I dig Eelektross' design more, and levitate just makes this guy awesome. Plus, he's got an insane TM movepool!

This reminds me of all those drawings of characters who are apart of Super Mario Strikers Charged!
Awesome!

You're going to need a thunder stone.
I advise you strongly consider what moves to give it before you evolve it. there wont be any turning back once the change is made.

It has no weaknesses which also makes it pretty cool.

Except that it is completely dependent on its ability, which there are numerous ways around. Like Mold Breaker or Gastro Acid or Gravity or Trick while holding an Iron Ball or Smack Down. Ghost/Dark no weaknesses also has ways around, but there aren't as many.

Yeah, it has it's limits but most in-game battles don't have opponents that can purposefully exploit those weaknesses.

oh, I just came up with another one. Soak than any Grass or Electric move. I've had Soak used on me quite a few times.

Yeah, it isn't perfect, but it is nice to have. It gives you at least a free switch in before they can mess with your ability. Plus another turn to set up stat buffs (thunder wave the enemy, coil/hone claw yourself, etc) if they have to switch out to another Pokemon that knows one of said ability changing moves.
