just one thing, I'd suggest to group each character in 2 folders, base and shading and for every color/part for each character create new layer in right folder, this way will make you a lot of layers but it will be much easier to add shadow/highlight or change color of 1 part with hue/saturation tool, it can really save you a lot of time.

Hmm, that would probably be a good idea. I tried not to stuff in too much complicated terminology though, because first of all, I didn't have enough room, and second, I didn't want to make things too confusing.

Yes, i was talking about the freak thing ;D. Im not some crazy stalker person who watches you color pictures on your laptop or on your dads computer in your basement sitting on that brown woods desk wit hthe french doors. Or if it was in your room with the built in boookcase and walk in closet, i WOULD KNOW EITHER xDD
