And there's a questoins I'd like to ask, did you draw the guy first and then put on the tentacles? Or you were drawing the body and right when you got to head, you drew tentacles instead?

Thanks for the nice comment. It's photomanipulation, so i started off with an old portrait from the guy and blended that with a vintage image of an octopus.

i'd like to ask what techniques do you use to make those trashy textures ?

I just mix several scanned-in textures with the blend mode until it suites my needs.
