A metaphor for love and its future: smooth and bright at the beginning, and taking the wind of time, it starts to form into something more challenging, full of ups and downs, full of bright sides and dark sides, always darker, where only the strongest can make it to the other side remaining in the light.
A very elaborated image, with a clever composition that uses remarkably the place, especially the right pier - I might complain about the darker strip above the couple, I could have wished for a bit more room for them, but that's a detail. Your handling of the light and the contrast is excellent, the toning is not too invasive. The depth of field and choice of focus is right on. A great image, Laurent, and as usual, one these images that requires attention.

Merci beaucoup!

I prefer love to be nearer than that. And my love lives in Gremany!
Nice perspective (in the photo)

Good musicians – but not really the we way we males in sweden get together and socialize!

Men in Sweden knit together, drink tea and talk about relations!

It is love at a distance but very intimate

yep, I'm a stalker, I love to watch lovers in the streets.
Also, I manage as possible, to have them at the smaller size in the frame, so I can tell Love is rare, Love is fragile, Love is precious...

No... you are not a stalker. I like this distant view and the way you have composed the photo with the light across the water.

A part of me is a Stalker. I've been loving for maybe 30 years now... I see love fading away... just like the framing of this photo.
