Wow, this is really amazing!
I love the Oregon Coast, I've been there pretty much exactly a year ago, but i haven't seen it as beautiful as this! Even though the sun is hiding behind the clouds, or probably because of it, the light is gorgeous. The horizon line is perfectly straight, and not falling out of the picture! And you applied the rule of thirds about perfectly here. I also love how the dark waves look so smooths and then right in front of them the sun reflects in the wet sand - all in all perfect timing for this shot!!

I love the colors and the rays of light shining from behind the clouds compared with the rolling waves. Nice job.
