I'm looking all over internet about a better way to do it, as I'm not quite happy with my results

lol! I looked everywhere also! And I tried decompiling her my self to no luck and waaay to much frustration.
I resorted to a forum site for GMod where people are working getting her ragdoll to work there if you know of the game.
Anyway~
I'd be more then happy to give you a link to the forum where a nice poster gave out 4 different file formats of her. But for reasons to be safe, I wont send or direct link to thye download.... just the forum page. if you understand why....

I just got the model from raidergale, opened in XNALara and exported to obj, after trying a few poses, haven't checked if worked though.
It's been a while since I played HL, never really used Garry's mod.. but did read alot of info in F.P. and other forums to see if I could make it work with what I wanted to do. Since I'm not creating maps nor using the models on GMod, went to different routes... besides they don't share all the cool stuff (high quality renders and such).
Meh, I'll do my own! double the trouble twice the fun! (just quoted them, yeah)

I have never used XNALara lol
I mainly use Cinema 4D and XSI mod tool for these things lol.
You should re-play HL
I mainly create manual portal scenes with her model by hand, or just regular scenes. I have the .obj and .fbx, ect.
