Description
Sunny And the Forest Guardian
Sunny, the beautiful Sun Tea Sushi Dog, walked the forest, frolicking more like it. She bounded along happily looking at all the Bubble Fruit trees and different bugs that buzzed and hummed in the forest. She wasn't far from her home which was just outside the Bubble Tea Forest. She made her way to the clearing next to the Tea Leaf River, this is where she liked to go alot, frequenting this spot on nice sunny days, as her name implies, she loves the sun and to bask in it's rays. Little did she know that she was being followed by the rumored to roam this forest, Bubble Forest Guardian.
With dark grey fur and bubble fruit decorations around his paws the Bubble Forest guardian approached, sniffing the air, making sure he was downwind, as to not be detected by the one he was watching. it was the dog he often spotted coming into the forest. Could this be the legendary Tea Dog that was meant to rule the Bubble Tea forest? Perhaps. He wanted to make sure.
As Sunny found her spot upon the flat sun bathed rocks in the clearing she lay down and look around, noticing a friendly little dragon fly that happened to be lazily floating around near the river "Oh hey there Dragon Fly, it's a lovely morning isn't it?" Sunny smiled, she knew the dragon fly wouldn't speak back to her but she found it fun to talk to the creatures of the forest.
Bubble, the Bubble Forest Guardian, observed this. He found it interesting how someone would talk to a creature that could not talk back, though admired it in a way. He still hid from his sushi dog target. He wasn't planning on hurting her, he just wanted to observe her a little longer.
Sunny smiled as the dragon fly buzzed away, wondering where it would go but not contemplating on it for too long as she heard a twig snap somewhere near in the forest. She perked up "W-who's there?" She said a little nervously. Oh dear i hope it's not a monster. She thought to herself, but she had been here many times and there were never any monsters. She was looking directly at Bubble's hiding spot.
Bubbles flattened his long ears and crouched to the ground, but he knew it was too late, the dog had noticed his presence. He carefully stepped out of the bushes and straightened his ears to appear dignified. He didn't want to come across as some scardy little creature, no way, what kind of Forest Guardian would he be then? Bubbles revealed himself to her "Sorry for stalking you" He apologized, not wanting to get off on the wrong paw here.
Sunny stood up and tilted her head to the side "Oh it's okay, I didn't even know you were following, you're really good at hiding!" She smiled at the forest guardian. She had no idea what he was but that didn't matter to her, he didn't seem like a threat not at all!
Bubbles also tilted his head to the side, usually non-forest dwelling creatures would run away when he revealed himself, he tended to look like a monster at times. "Oh well... thank you I guess?" He said and frowned slightly. This dog was a kind and loving dog he could tell, just the kind of dog he'd want ruling over Bubble Tea forest. "I have seen you many times, entering the forest." he decided to comment.
"Oh yeah, it's a very pretty place. And Bubble Fruit taste really good this time of year! I... hope you don't mind me taking a few sometimes... hehe" She said sheepishly, wondering if it was his territory that she was on, she didn't want to be looked at as a thief.
"Oh, the fruits are for everyone who comes into the forest. I am happy to share, there is plenty for everyone. the season has been good to us" Bubbles replied to her. he gave her a soft smile. He was interested in knowing more about this lovely pup. He liked how she was, nice, sweet, and even without it being said he could tell she would make the best of teas. "Are you a Tea Dog?" He asked quickly without thinking. If she was... that means the legend was true! And the forest could go back to peace at last!
"A... Tea dog?" She repeated, confused by the question, why would it be important? "Well I'm the Sun Tea Sushi Dog.... if that counts... hehe?" She looked away for a second, contemplating the question. why would it be interesting that she was a Tea dog? Did that have anything to do with some weird prophesy or something, she hoped she wouldn't be dragged into it she was pretty happy with her life now and the small portion of the bubble tea forest she liked to walk was quiet and peaceful, she couldn't imagine that the rest of the forest was in an uproar over who would dominate them.
"That does count." Bubbles then gave a larger smile "You could be the fabled Tea dog who is supposed to bring this forest peace!"
"No." Sunny shook her head "I'm not that tea dog I can assure you that. I mean... I hope you find peace and all of that... but I'm not so good with confrontations... or really anything that has to do with stopping wars and what not..." Sunny looked down, immediately feeling bad for refusing to help this nice forest guardian. She sighed slightly and looked back up "I-I hope you can forgive me!" She said in a distressed voice, thinking the guardian would be mad at her for refusing to help.
"Oh." The forest guardian lost his smile and looked down "Oh well. I'm not going to force you to do anything..." Bubbles turned and started waling away.
"Wait!!" Sunny barked loudly, feeling extremely upset for not helping, and she knew if she didn't help him the upset feeling would never go away, that was how she was....
