Description
A dragon tattoo design I drew for my brother's 25th birthday. I added the background so he can get a print of it

Painted from scratch in Adobe Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Tablet. No reference.

That's awesome! I always figured that tattoos are a huge compliment to the designing artist. I mean it's something permanent on a living and breathing canvas.
