for years, fans have been making their own renditions of a g1 dinobots gestalt... so i went for the animated dinobots instead ^_^the combination scheme is the same with the thundersaurus megazord from power ranger dinothunder (or abarenoh from bakuryu sentai abarangers if you're watching the japanese version) but instead of swoops crotch and legs forming the head/helmet, i went for a more sinister head instead. the face is based on the BEAST, [link]
messed up the placement of the wings though and grimlock's mouth should be open but i want people to see more of swoop so there.

I feel this Beast looked much cooler than the original which was pretty ugly (though the story wasn't THAT bad as people say it is IMHO. Besides we could have gotten thisΒ tfwiki.net/wiki/Mega-Dinobot)

mega-dinobot looks like it's going to topple over (grimlock looks too top heavy for swoop). about 'the beast', design-wise it appeals to me if you take into account from the story that grimlock himself treats the combination as an unholy abomination that shouldn't be let out (grimlock's body being torn out to combine with the others is pretty terrifying). IMO most of the hate comes from the design not toy feasibleΒ

Yeah. Another bit of hate is that the second part ended very anti-climatically as well.
And yeah, Beast doesn't look possible to make a toy ( but it might be possible with your design though) but at least he looks more plausible than Mega-Dinobot, especially with Grimlock being the top part that makes it seem like Swoop is going to collaspe under Grimlock's weight

Well dang if that wouldn't make you want to give up the fight and run. I'm glad you considered Swoop so we could see just where he is in that creature. Have you ever read the comic where the Dinobots (G1) combine and murderlize every Decepticon combiner?
