i was going to talk shit about deviantart's dark theme but it has actually improved since i last used it so hey good job staff

For real though, while i respect that some people prefer or even need light theme to read websites properly, i belong to the unfortunate group of people who have sensitive eyes and prefer dark themes as much as possible. I really do not like that #000000 on #FFFFFF is the default, the glare is extremely real and contributes to sensory overstimulation that leads to fatigue. I urge other web peeps to at least try slightly less glaring colour choices; i know that making separate light and dark themes takes a lot of work, so i'd be okay with just being like 10% less blinded whenever i crack open a random link. :V
