Uuuuh, what do we have here? My last drawing of the year? And also the birthday present for the lovely

Oh it was so fun to draw, but Thorin, goddammit, you and your majestic hair of doom, I got my hands so dirty like a miner But I like how it came out and I've so much fun drawing with pencils lately. And that practice will help me to improve my shading~ All in all, I'm pleased with the result

He's so very beautiful! I've been sitting here staring at your drawing of Thorin and trying to come up with something to say, but the right words keep eluding me.

Well, thank you would be an obvious way to start.  Thank you, my dear, for this wonderful, wonderful gift!   My heart melted when I saw it!

Your effort certainly paid off. You managed to tame the hair of doom somehow and made it look gorgeous. And I love that you captured the little subtleties of his personality. That little smirk is just I showed this to another friend of mine and he asked if the smirk was for me. Oh, and does he appear to be lacking a shirt, or is that just my imagination?
Jokes aside, this is Thorin in all his majestic perfection, from the curve of his eyebrow to the unruly beauty of his curls. And I love that you colored his irises. That blue is just so striking!

  I think I am melting again! I'll go lie in my puddle of happiness for a while and then I'll write you a proper email.

Oh, and I love the verses you used! Where is that from?

Oh dear, I'm sorry I couldn't answer sooner...but anyway, thank you very much! Your kind words mean a lot to me and I'm so glad you like the gift! As long as you're happy, it makes me happy too! and I've already read your e-mail, just need to find the time to reply properly... Oh, and I guess the smirk is definitively for the one who receives the gift I mean, I could have made him grumpy, more Thorin-like with his majestic grumpy attitude...but nah, I figured out he should smile because it would make you happy I'll leave the fact if he's wearing a shirt or not to your imagination...I didn't put any details on his shoulder, so I'll leave it to you Thank you again, dear! This also means a lot to me! and now worries about the verses, I thought you'll figure it out :'D

I very much appreciate your thoughtfulness in making Thorin smile. After all, he's not grumpy all the time, right? He does have his affectionate moments, so we know that he is able to smile every now and then And he's extra beautiful when he does.

Oh, and the shirt, well, I prefer without, of course. So I'll pretend he's NOT wearing one.

Hast du dafür nur eine Farbe benutzt?! also abgesehen von den schönen blauen Augen mein ich :3
Die Art wie du solche Meisterwerke hinbekommst obwohl du nur einen Farbton benutzt ist einfach unvergleichlich!    Die Schattierungen finde ich absolut spitze und Thorins Gesichtszüge beherrscht du mittlerweile auch perfekt! Ich finde die Nase und das Kinn vor allem gelungen, sowas könnte ich im Leben nicht x''D  Respekt, und gute Arbeit!!

N'aww, du bist zu lieb! Wie die Farbe zustande kam ist eine wirklich interessante Geschichte! Das Bild selbst ist einfach eine Bleistiftzeichnen, aber ich muss meine Bilder ja fotografieren. Also leg ich mein Zeichenbuch aufs Bett damit das Tageslicht schön raufscheint. Die linke Seite war zum Fenster gerichtet, deshalb ist sie so erhellt und der Rotstich kommt von der Abendsonne. Rechts oben hingegen war vom Bleistift alles vollgeschmiert, weil ich immer mit dem Handrücken darüber gestreift habe. Und ich war zu faul es auszuradieren, außerdem häts dann Scheiße ausgesehn. Also ja...man nehme das Tagelicht und paar es mit GIMP und et voila, sowas hier kommt zustande 8D Aber ein Meisterwerk würd ichs jetzt ned nennen >w< Naja, freut mich aber wirklich irrsinnig, dass es dir gefällt! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Wow, ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass das mit Bleistift ist!  Das macht es aber nicht weniger beeindruckend Auch dass es eine Fotografie ist habe ich nicht bemerkt, das sieht immer aus wie special effekte o.o Du kannst das wirklich gut! >u<

Echt ich liebe die Art wie du neulich zeichnest. Diese Grautöne und ein wenig Farbe. ich meine ich liebe diene colour-artworks ebenfalls aber echt vor allem für thorin ist dieser style genial!

Der Gesichtsausdruck is echt genial! und vor allem die Schattierung gefällt mir sehr gut!

Vielen Dank! Man könnte es aber auch Faulheit nennen...die Art, wie ich neulich zeichne, ohne Farbe und so XD Aber ich stehs mir grad sehr drauf und meine Schattierungen profitieren auch davon Freut mich wirklich, dass es dir gefällt! Bedeutet mir sehr viel, Tanja Und ich werd mich weiterhin anstrengen, jetzt da mich die Muse geküsst hat :3
