Hmm...I actually think it might be those lines around his eyes that are making him look evil. They make him look like he's glaring, or pulling some crazy suggestive face 
I bet you he's planning the best way to kill Robbie Rotten, and make it look like an accident. That has to be it, the nasty man! I'm onto him

I was look through you gallery seeing all the cool DBZ and Jak & Dex pics and I saw this and was like "Hey that looks like Sportacus...ha ha" -clicked on it- "It is Sportacus!"

Yeah he is an awesome character. Lazytown in my opinion is one of the best educational shows nick jr. has to offer.

I would have assumed just from his appearance that this guy WAS playing on the side of evil, but since I read Rubidium's comment, I'm going to assume that he's not. Though I blame the mustache.
I wonder what he's thinking about. It looks like he's scheming something.

It's like I said, Grey-sama, Sportacus could be playing on the side of evil, but's he's just pretending to be nice and friendly 
I sometimes wonder that myself....he has this way of being really bouncy, energetic and childish, not to mention a little bit blissfully unaware, yet he somehow knows how to ruffle his "nemisis'" feathers
