Description
Even though he's a stuck up, evil ass son of a basard I always thought he was cool as hell. This is my first EVER time drawing the guy as well so this twas a fun one. Wanted to give a rendery/cellshaded/graphic look going into this pupster.........and because I'm not a good decider. lol!tools> pscs4
